The Quintessential Health & Wellness Co Refunds & Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund, replacement or exchange if:
• You have the original invoice that was made out when product was purchased.
• The item is unused.
• The item is in its original, undamaged packaging.
• Refunds will be made using the same method as the original form of payment.
• Certain items cannot be exchanged for safety and hygiene reasons.
• Gift vouchers cannot be refunded.
Defective goods can be returned within 6 months of date of purchase if:
• You have the original invoice issued
• The goods have been used for their intended purpose and cared for as per the instruction issued on the label (s) of the products purchased.
• You will have the choice to have returned goods repaired, replaced or refunded.
• We reserve the right to send returned products for further assessment
Please note that, due to the courier costs on our side, we are unfortunately unable to refund the R99.00 delivery fee should you choose to cancel your order.
